ArtistnArtists (The Artist to Industry Network) is an online social network that connects a variety of artists from the Film, Music, and Art Platforms. Our free service allows artists to create highly customizable web based portfolios where they showcase work, collaborate with fellow artists, and pitch directly to industry related companies. Becoming a member is simple; create a profile, upload or create a digital resume, and start uploading work files.

How does ArtistnArtists help bring recognition to artists? We start by providing artists with a set of user friendly tools that allow them to create high end interactive web based art portfolios. The days of dragging around an oversized portfolio case to art galleries, or duplicating hundreds of demo CDs to hand to some A&R, or even creating a single film reel that shows bits and pieces of a film career in the making are over. Instead, every artist both underground and established can take their work online without having to employ some pricey web company to build them a personal website. At ArtistnArtists, all the design and functional elements for a web based art portfolio, specifically built for interactive showcasing is already in place.

ArtistnArtists has three member account types: Artist, Professional, and Guest. Professional accounts are reserved for industry professionals who are actively involved in the film, music and art industries. Two useful functions for industry members are the AOI (Artist of Interest) and Pitch Tabs. When browsing the network, professionals can “add” talented artists to their AOI watch list. The “Pitch Tab” operates like a mailbox for professional to receive pitches sent by artists in the network.

The concept for artistnartists.com was created in October 2006, a little over a year later we managed to launch on: Thursday November 15 2007. ArtistnArtists invites all creative minds to join their fellow artists and industry professionals in an exclusive community that fosters artist growth, promotion, and discovery.
