The first is an integration service: SpotMixer will offer its “white label” platform to listings companies’ merchants, who can come to a SpotMixer site, create an ad, and post it on the listings service site. Second, SpotMixer works with listings companies to auto-generate ads using SpotMixer’s library of stock photos, video, music and other elements, customized and offered to each merchant. Third, SpotMixer will license its tools to agencies and other companies to create ads on behalf of its clients, and to act as a reseller for SpotMixer via a “white label” program where merchants can create ads using the Platform on the agencies’ site.

SpotMixer has already signed a major listings service for a white label program, which will be announced in June 2008.
