Microsoft is planning on spending some $300 Million big bucks to counter the Apple ads that have compared the Vista operating system to a Mac. Microsoft’s commercial featuring Bill Gates and Jerry Seinfeld.

    I haven’t actually sat through and watched either commercial to completion. They’re pretty boring, so after about 15 seconds I just change the channel.

    Doubt I’m the only one.
  • Bill Gates has only just retired, and yet he's already been brought out of retirement for this commercial with Jerry Seinfeld. And it's... horrible.
  • Bill Gates will benefit you just as much. You need to do a visit and act if it is good. Lastly, you’re going to need to get Bill Gates to help with the abbreviation ” PC.

  • The ad has nothing to do with Microsoft and features the guy who is no longer CEO being made into the cool guy of an awkward pair. The two have no chemistry. The acting is bad (maybe on purpose).
  • As much as I’m not a fan of Microsoft… especially this latest crap storm of Windows Vista but I’ve got to admit I like this new commercial. Although there really isn’t any point to the commercial I find it very enjoyable
  • It's actually pretty funny. Some people, primarily Microsoft haters, are beating up on this ad. They are mocking it and complaining that it doesn't mention any particular product.
