“With the growing popularity among consumers and developers of open OS phone platforms like Symbian, Windows Mobile, Android, and the iPhone, there’s no doubt the market for mobile phone applications is taking off, with thousands of solutions already out there that further enhance the phone experience,” said Ford Davidson, founder and CEO of Dashwire.
At its core, Dashwire is focused on making it as easy as possible for users to get the most out of their mobile experiences – offering the industry-leading Connected Service to help them seamlessly integrate their mobile phones with their computers and the web. Dashwire does this by automatically synchronizing the content from their phones to a private, cloud-based Dashwire account, where they can backup and interact with their information and share their experiences with friends and social sites – whether they’re mobile or in front of a computer.

The Mobile Application Store will go live in the November timeframe.
