Mashable announces the launched of its 2nd Annual Open Web Awards. The 2nd Annual Open Web Awards are the first and only web-based award competition dedicated exclusively for the most accomplished websites and services . The deadline for nomination is Sunday, November 16th at 11:59 pm PST.

Awards will be presented within 26 categories via the widget below. Categories such as large scale social networks, blog plugins, social news, photo sharing, video sharing, travel, music, social bookmarking, wiki, mobile applications, online games, and many more. You may nominate a site/company in as many categories as you see fit.
