MyLife.com Appoints Ian Siegel as Chief Product Officer

MyLife.com, the world’s most thorough people search, has hired Ian Siegel, former Rent.com and Pictage exec, as their chief product officer.

Siegel, who has experience developing and executing on product roadmaps for industry leaders such as Pictage and Rent.com, will be responsible for extending the rewarding consumer experiences on MyLife.com as the company enters its next period of rapid growth. Siegel will be based in Los Angeles and report to MyLife.com CEO and founder Jeffrey Tinsley.

Ian joins the company from Pictage, the nation’s largest provider of e-commerce solutions and products to professional photographers in the United States. Prior to that Ian was Vice President of Web Development for Rent.com where he played a key role in building the company into the nation’s largest online apartment listing service that sold to eBay in 2005.

Earlier in his career, Ian served as Vice President of Web Development for Stamps.com where he lead the development of the Stamps.com website that drew more than 200,000 paying subscribers and went public in 2009.
