Interview with Paul Mongerson, founder of OurBlook.com, and Retired Fortune 500 CEO

Paul Mongerson, founder of OurBlook.comRecently had the chance to interview Mr. Paul Mongerson, founder of OurBlook.com, a political blog and blook that focuses on journalism, public issues and politics.

Paul Mongerson graduated from Iowa State University with a B.S. in mechanical engineering. After serving in the Navy, Mongerson spent the next 40 years with Stanadyne Inc., a corporation manufacturing automotive and aircraft parts in 11 plants around the world. In the course of his career, he earned 10 patents and established the company’s International Division. He retired in 1985 as chairman and CEO.

Livestream Launches Twitcam.com, the First Service to Stream Live Video on Twitter

In a milestone marriage of social networking and live video, Livestream Inc. launched Twitcam.com, the first application that lets Twitter users add live streaming video to their Twitter feeds with just one click.

Twitter users need only to log in to twitcam.com using an existing Twitter user name and password and press the ‘go live’ button. Twitcam automatically detects the camera, creates a page and live video player for the broadcast, and posts the link in the user’s Twitter feed so followers can join in live.
