This is an incredibly comprehensive list, with a number of terrific tools. I direct the social media team at our agency, and I recently posted our top 5 tools and how we use them: http://solvingsocial.wordpress.com.
Since we rely on a whole team to manage various brand campaigns, we have to keep things pretty streamlined. With all of the new tools popping up every day, it can be so daunting. Many of the tools provide inaccurate information or provide stats that don't really have much meaning on to the bottom line.
